Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。青春的校园，男生度洋和女生林念是发小，度洋小时候就喜欢林念，但是因为特殊原因女生搬走了，从此没了联系，但是没想到他们竟然考到了同一所大学，度洋的室友陈皓文是林念的舞伴，同时在相处的过程中成了男女朋友，但是因为林念想出国学习舞蹈，两人之间的感情出现裂缝，情感破灭。其实这些不正是青春吗，敢爱敢恨，为了爱情可以付出一切，但是到了最后还是要回到现实中，面对毕业、面对未来、面对社会、面对自己。。
