1971年时，邪恶的修卡组织命令科学家百濑龙之介做实验，将人类改造成怪物。龙之介不愿再助纣为虐，于是修卡组织利用龙之介释放出恶魔迪亚波罗后，将其流放至宇宙，龙之介意外通过黑洞穿梭至2071年的未来世界，发现那时世界已经由恶魔迪亚波罗掌控，为了拯救世界，他使用回旋加速驱动器来到了2021年，打算与自己的儿子秀夫合作，对抗迪亚波罗。但秀夫不愿原谅抛妻弃子的父亲，局面陷入了僵持。五十岚一辉、神山飞羽真、狩崎还有各位假面骑士，纷纷挺身而出对抗邪恶势力。秀夫最终也被亲情感化，原谅了父亲龙之介，父子俩成功变身为假面骑士世纪。各位骑士穿梭于未来与现在，为了守护世界而战，迪亚波罗最终被消灭，龙之介与秀夫间也不再有隔阂。。Hugo Llor, a 12-year-old boy who spends most of his time on the streets.
